The Mission carries out relief works. The ones to mention specially are the Burma Evacuee Relief during World War II, the East Pakistan Exodus Relief in 1950 and the Bangladesh Evacuee Relief in 1971.Due to desire expressed by the government of India, the lakhs of Hindu refugees from Bangladesh after Bangladesh liberation war were given permanent settlements in Karimganj that took many years to complete.

Almost every year, the Mission distributes blankets, winter garments, dhuties, sarees etc. to poor people of the remote villages.Karimganj district being a very flood-prone region, relief is often provided to the affected people here in the form of distribution of essential food and other items.
